The core of the current Ocean Partners management team was built on a successful non-ferrous concentrates trading business within the Pechiney Group.
Acquisition of Pechiney by Alcan Inc.
Ocean Partners created as the result of a management buy-out of Pechiney Ore & Concentrate division.
Activities in Latin America expanded through the acquisition of a controlling interest in Nexxtrade.
