The Ocean Partners Responsible Sourcing Policy is intended to ensure that we conduct our business in accordance with accordance with OECD Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas together with any other relevant laws and industry standards.
The policy is based on carrying out a risk assessment on all suppliers. To complete the risk assessment, it may be necessary for a counterparty to provide Ocean Partners with certain relevant information. It is expected that any company wishing to engage in business with Ocean Partners will comply with such requests.
